Vortex Eco Systems processes as little data as possible. Below is exactly what happens when you visit this site or send a request.
Who is responsible
This site and customer contact are run by Vortex Eco Systems. Contact goes through Telegram or the contact form.
What we log on a visit
Your IP address is used to determine your country (language detection) and to block spam. We also count page views anonymously per day, country and language.
Language detection and the geo lookup
We first try to read your country from CDN headers. If that fails we ask a public API (ip-api.com) once. Only the country code is stored for 30 days, per hashed IP — no name, no profile.
Cookies
Two functional cookies: veco_lang for your language choice and vecosid for your session (form and CSRF protection). No tracking or advertising cookies.
Contact form and requests
If you use the form we store your name, email or phone, chosen service, message, language, IP and timestamp so we can follow up. New requests are also pushed to our Telegram group.
Retention
Requests are kept as long as follow-up needs them (max 24 months). Statistics are aggregated and kept 400 days. The geo cache is valid for 30 days.
Payments
Top-ups run in USD via crypto or bank transfer. We do not store card data ourselves; payment providers do.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. Message us on Telegram and we will arrange it — usually within a day.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
