Terms and conditions
Last updated:
These terms apply to the use of this site and the services of Vortex Eco Systems.
Services
We are a hub: some services run on our own platform, others on partner platforms. What you get and what it costs is listed per service.
Top-up and payment
Credit on the regular platform starts at $50 (USD), no subscription. Pay with crypto or bank transfer. From $250 you automatically get 5% bonus, from $500 10% and from $1,000 15%.
Delivery
Accounts, trunks and seats are usually provisioned within minutes after payment, unless we agree otherwise.
Usage
Use valid numbers and lists, avoid needless repeat calls and respect the rules of the underlying platform and the country you call.
Support
Support and questions go through Telegram. Incidents are published on the status page.
Liability
We provide a best-effort service, not a 100% uptime guarantee. Damage caused by underlying networks or platforms is outside our liability as far as the law allows.
Credit
Unused credit remains while your account is active. Refunds of credit on request.
